A couple of years ago I decided to make a career change and move towards a non-client service oriented role. It was clear to me that the road to Partnership, at the national firm I was with, would have been a far reach. My experience at MNP has been very different. I joined the Valuations & Litigation Support practice of MNP in 2007, after having spent time in both a big 4 firm and a single-office environment. At MNP, performance, not tenure is the key to success and I was invited to join the partnership the following year.
