Biography:

Alladin Versi, FCMA, CMA, CFP, is the Regional Tax Leader for MNP’s Vancouver Island region. Working from the Nanaimo office, Alladin provides leadership and direction to the regional tax group and works closely with clients from across the Island to develop tax strategies and plans to help them achieve their goals.

Alladin has been specializing in taxation for more than 20 years and takes pride in helping clients minimize, avoid and defer taxes. He has extensive experience with strategic corporate tax planning for businesses, corporate reorganizations and corporate structures, purchases and sales of businesses, inter-generational transfer of corporations and farm properties, and estate planning.

An accomplished speaker, Alladin has lectured and conducted seminars internally and externally. He is a resource for MNP in the area of Aboriginal and First Nation taxation matters and has presented on the topic at Canadian conferences and forums.

Alladin was designated a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in 1992 and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) in 1998. In 2006, he became a Fellow of the Society of Management Accountants of Canada (FCMA), a prestigious honorary designation awarded to CMAs who, through their outstanding achievements, bring distinction to the profession and serve as a role model.
