Biography:

Ian Craven, MBA, CMC, CMA, is a Partner in the Winnipeg office. With more than 20 years of management consulting experience, Ian delivers economic and business development and corporate strategy development services to private and public corporations, not-for-profit organizations, First Nations and government institutions.

Ian has extensive experience in the area of cost analysis and cost allocation in the context of both corporate analysis and for industry sectors.l, He also does considerable work in evaluating large capital projects. His expertise includes assessing feasibility, developing plans, assessing acquisitions, and negotiating investment and banking for new and expanded enterprises.

Ian has used his technical knowledge of the agriculture industry to assist many large farm businesses and farm organizations with agricultural finance. He also consults to local, provincial and federal governments to evaluate the financial and economic impact of government programs and policies in several agricultural sectors. He has engaged in extensive economic and business development work with First Nations across Canada.

Ian is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Professional Agrologist (P.Ag). He has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and has taken many other management-related courses. He has sat on numerous boards.
