Biography:

Andrew J. Raphael, MA Planning, is a Director with MNP’s Practice Development team. In this role, he delivers a wide range of business development services that include strategic planning; marketing; brand and business development; due diligence; investment promotions; export development and training.

In addition to senior trade development positions with the federal government in Ottawa, as well as the BC and Alberta governments, Andrew has held senior positions with large multinational companies, Western Canadian firms and trade associations in North America and Asia.

Having worked on assignments in South America, Europe, Australia and throughout Asia, Andrew can provide clients with practical strategies essential to succeeding in today’s global markets.

Over the past 30 years, Andrew has also worked with diverse Western Canadian agribusinesses. His focus on practical consumer-driven strategies has achieved higher returns for clients by adding value to their businesses and differentiating their products.

After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, Andrew went on to earn his Master’s degree in Regional Planning from the University of British Columbia. Andrew is a member of the American Management Association and Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals.
