Biography:

Bryan Allendorf, CA, is MNP’s Regional Tax Services Leader for Greater Toronto. He delivers innovative tax, business and financial advice to his public and private company clients in manufacturing, retail, wholesale, technology as well as financial and investment services.

Experienced in both domestic and international tax affairs, Bryan has amassed a wealth of technical corporate tax and financial knowledge. He is adept at communicating this information in ways his clients can
readily understand and integrate into their businesses. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience delivering specialty tax and business transactional services, Bryan assists with corporate reorganizations,
mergers and acquisitions and international expansions. Working closely with his clients, Bryan delivers insightful, creative solutions that allow them to operate more strategically and achieve their goals.

After earning a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at the Schulich School of Business at York University in 1976, Bryan was designated a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 1978. He received his
Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation in 1987. Bryan is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Society of Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP). He currently sits on the
Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants’ Discipline Committee.
