Biography:

Cameron Brinkman, CA • CBV is a Partner with MNP’s Business Valuation and Litigation Support team in Edmonton, where he assists clients in Northern Alberta and British Columbia.

With ten years’ experience in public practice, Cameron has prepared assignments covering a wide range of industries on behalf of lawyers, insurance companies and owners of both private and public companies. His expertise includes assessing the fair market value of shares of privately held enterprises for corporate restructurings; the settlement of shareholder disputes and matrimonial dissolutions; and for purchase and sale transactions.

Cameron has completed assignments for both plaintiffs and defendants in several areas, including the quantification of economic damages resulting from business interruptions, breaches of contract and personal injury claims and in the determination of Guideline Incomes for matters of family law.

Cameron received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in 1998. He earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 2001 and his Chartered Business Valuator designation in 2005.
