Biography:

Charles Addison is a Senior Vice President and Director with MNP Corporate Finance Inc. in Vancouver and head of British Columbia operations. Charles has extensive experience raising public and private equity and debt, as well as advising private and public companies on divestitures and acquisitions.

Over the course of his 24 year career in corporate finance, Charles has worked with clients from all sectors of B.C.’s economy on corporate finance engagements. He has a wealth of experience helping his clients grow their businesses through financing or acquisitions; restructuring capital to build more flexible, responsive organizations; and assisting in
the sale of businesses.

Charles has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia. Prior to joining MNP Coroporate Finance Inc., he was Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking in B.C. for a large national investment dealer.
