Biography:

Deidre Jensen, CA is a Regional Tax Partner in MNP’s Medicine Hat office. She specializes in providing professional tax planning solutions to clients across a variety of sectors, including agriculture and the oil and gas industry. With over 9 years experience, Deidre assists corporate clients with all their tax planning needs, including corporate structuring, purchase and sale of businesses and estate planning.

Working one-on-one with her clients, Deidre not only ensures they meet all compliance requirements but can advise on the appropriate business structure, from business start-ups to well established companies that have outgrown their current structure. With a commitment to protect her client’s assets, Deidre identifies effective measures that maximize tax savings and preserve wealth. In addition, she can provide advice on the purchase and sale of businesses, including tax planning strategies that minimize tax implications.

Deidre obtained her B. Comm. degree at the University of Saskatchewan, before receiving her CA designation. She is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta (ICAA).
