Biography:

Regan Exner, CGA, CFP, is a Partner with MNP’s Taxation Services practice in Regina. Regan specializes in delivering advanced tax-planning strategies to small and medium-sized businesses and professionals in a wide range of industries.

With more than 15 years of experience, Regan provides clients with comprehensive tax, estate and succession planning services that help them meet their overall goals. He is extremely knowledgeable about tax planning for business acquisitions and divestitures and works closely with his clients to develop tax-minimization strategies based on their unique situations.

An excellent communicator, Regan explains complex subjects such as tax-planning opportunities and constraints in a manner that allows his clients to easily understand the issues. After talking to Regan, his clients are better positioned to make well-informed decisions.

Regan was designated a Certified General Accountant (CGA) in 2006 and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) in 2004. He has a Bachelor of Administration degree from the University of Regina and has completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-Depth Tax Course. Active in the community, Regan is involved with the Financial Planning Standards Council of Canada, CGA Association of Saskatchewan and University of Regina Rams Football Club.
