Contest Rules for "MPACT Readership Survey iPad Giveaway"

1. No purchase necessary.

2. Contest begins October 25, 2010 and ends December 31, 2010 ("contest period"). All entries must be received by MNP LLP by 5 pm MST December 31, 2010.

3. Completed survey forms will be accepted as contest entries if an email address is entered where requested. You may participate in the drawing for the iPad without submitting the online survey. Send a 3"x 5" card with your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address in a postage paid envelope to: MNP MPact iPad Giveaway, 900, 700 – 6th Avenue S.W., Calgary, AB T2P 0T8. One entry per envelope. One entry per person. Entry must be received by the contest close date.

4. Entry into the contest indicates acceptance of the Contest Rules.

5. All entrants and contest winners must be at least 18 years of age.

6. The contest prize includes one (1) Apple iPad 16GB with WiFi, approximate retail value $500. MNP LLP reserves the right to substitute a different portable media player of equal or greater value if the designated prize is not available.

7. Prize must be accepted as awarded. Prize is non-transferable and there is no prize or cash substitution.

8. Partners or employees of MNP, their immediate families or those domiciled with a partner or employee of MNP are not eligible to participate in this contest. "Immediate family" is defined as parents, siblings, children, spouse or common-law partner.

9. This contest is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, provincial and local laws. The prize winner is solely responsible for all federal, provincial and/or local taxes, service charges or fees incurred in claiming the prize.

10. Winners agree that MNP and their employees, immediate families, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance of and/or participation in prize and/or contests.

11. Non-compliance with these rules will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. MNP is not responsible for lost, illegible, stolen, postage due or late entries.

12. Winner will be selected by a random drawing. All online surveys along with all mailed entries received by MNP within the contest period will be eligible for drawing. The contest winner will be notified by email within 3 business days following the end of the contest period. To receive a winners' list send a self-addressed stamped envelope by December 31, 2010 to: MNP iPad Contest Winners, 900 – 700 6th Avenue S.W., Calgary, AB T2P 0T8.

13. Personal information collected for the purposes of awarding the prize will only be used and disclosed for that purpose and in accordance with any and all applicable provincial and federal privacy legislation.

14. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

15. All decisions of judges are final.

16. This contest may be terminated at any time without prior notice.
