Fort St. John, B.C. – Apr. 4, 2006 – Meyers Norris Penny LLP (MNP), the only Top 10 national chartered accountancy and business advisory firm based in Western Canada, is expanding to Fort St. John, B.C. with the merger of Toews Laythorpe and Associates and Gavin Still Inc. The merger will become effective June 1, 2006, when the two firms will operate under the name Meyers Norris Penny LLP.
Trina Toews, CA, a team member with the newly merged firm, said the merger will enable clients in Fort St. John to access a wider range of professional services in their community, while receiving the personal service they have come to expect.
