October 27, 2009 – Calgary, AB – Meyers Norris Penny LLP (MNP), one of Canada’s largest chartered accountancy and business advisory firms, is merging with chartered accounting firm Cinnamon Jang Willoughby (CJW), effective January 1, 2010. CJW, an accounting firm based in Vancouver, B.C. says it was looking for an opportunity to expand services to its clients in the greater Vancouver area.

CJW specializes in providing assurance and taxation services to owner-managed enterprises, public companies and financial institutions. The merger will allow CJW to provide clients with enhanced business advisory services --while MNP will gain additional expertise and resources to strengthen its practice in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland regions.
