May 4, 2009 – Calgary, AB – Meyers Norris Penny LLP (MNP) is merging with the chartered accountancy practice of Howard Shikaze, FCA, effective June 1, 2009. MNP is one of Canada’s largest chartered accountancy and business advisory firms and the only national firm with headquarters in Calgary.

Shikaze and his team specialize in providing assurance and taxation services to private and public mid-market enterprises in Calgary and the surrounding area. The merger will allow Shikaze to continue to provide clients with a full suite of business advisory services while MNP will gain additional expertise and resources to strengthen its assurance and taxation practice.
