<p><strong>Bill Vienneau, FCPA, FCA, CBV, TEP, CF</strong>, is a Partner and Business Advisor with MNP and a member of the firm&rsquo;s Valuation, Tax and Corporate Finance groups. Working out of the Dartmouth office, Bill assists owner-managers and professionals, such as dentists, doctors, lawyers and engineers, delivering tax, business valuation, corporate finance and business advisory solutions.</p>
<p>In public practice for more than 30 years, Bill brings a wealth of experience to help clients overcome key business issues and identify new opportunities. His assistance includes business planning, consulting on corporate reorganization, succession planning, income tax planning, estate planning and providing tax and corporate finance advice on mergers and acquisitions.</p>
<p>Bill&rsquo;s services include business valuation and damage quantification and he has served as an expert witness in the supreme courts of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. He has worked with clients in a broad range of industries, including construction, real estate, fishing, farming, automotive dealerships and manufacturing.</p>
<p>A Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA), Bill was awarded the Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) designation in 2011. He also holds the Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) and Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designations as well as CPA Canada&rsquo;s Corporate Finance (CF) designation. Throughout his career, Bill has been involved with various community and professional organizations, notably as chair of the Cobequid Health Centre Foundation Board, member of the Canadian Tax Foundation&rsquo;s board of governors and chair of the Arthritis Society of Nova Scotia. He has spoken and written about topics related to tax, business valuation and business issues and has been an instructor of CPA Canada&rsquo;s tax and valuation courses since 1983.</p>
