Dany Le, CPA, CMA, CBV, is a Partner with MNP’s Valuation and Litigation Support group. Working out of the Edmonton office, Dany prepares a broad range of valuation reports and analyzes and reports on information to provide objective, insightful, supportable assessments.

Dany has prepared valuation reports for a variety of business operations in numerous industries. The focus has ranged from evaluating strategic options, tax and estate planning to succession planning, financial reporting and advisory. These valuations have included non-cash consideration, and tangible and intangible assets. Dany also provides fairness opinions and litigation support that includes matrimonial dissolution, shareholder disputes and business interruption litigation.

After receiving a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, Dany became a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV). He is also a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
