The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing vision, strategic leadership,discipline and management
to ensure that Con-Tech Systems Ltd has the proper controls, policies, procedures and people in place to effectively
turnaround the organization and to ensure financial strength and stability and operating efficiency. The CEO will be
looked upon to drive the company to achieve and surpass profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives.
He or she will collaborate and motivate the executive team to develop and implement new avenues and ideas that will
accommodate the growth objectives of the company. The Chief Executive Officer is the steward of the organization and
vigorously builds and protects the reputation of Con-Tech Systems Ltd as a trusted, relevant, valuable contributor who

The successful candidate for this position will have a post-secondary education in a relevant field with a minimum of 10
years’ experience and at least 5 years’ experience in an senior management capacity. The incumbent of this position
will have a successful demonstrated history of providing efficiencies and profitability to an organization.
This individual must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with superior interpersonal and
relationship management skills. Experience with a successful startup business or a successful turnaround an asset.
