Partner, Assurance Services
Ron Miller, CPA, CA, CPA (WA), is a Partner with MNP’s Assurance Services Team in Vancouver. He draws on more than 20 years of experience delivering strong advice and solutions for public companies, private enterprises, membership organizations and not-for-profit organizations.
Ron has extensive experience with public companies, including internationally located mining companies and he understands the unique challenges they face. He works closely with clients to assist with significant transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and initial public offerings. He advises on complex accounting and regulatory matters to comply with IFRS reporting standards and security regulations. Ron’s understanding of his client’s business is enhanced by his diverse work experience as a CFO / CEO in the private sector within IT and industrial sectors.
Ron is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) who qualified in 1990. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University. Ron is active in the community, serving on the Terminal City Club board and the Children’s Variety Show advisory committee.
