National Day for Truth and Reconciliation: MNP’s commitment to Indigenous peoples of Canada

At MNP, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) is deeply woven into our values, culture, and business strategy. We work hard to be deliberate around our initiatives and our goal is to be intentional and to foster a culture of respect through open communication and transparency.

In support of our commitment to DE&I, we are excited to announce the launch of our Indigenous Inclusion Network. This internal community aims to provide an environment where members can work together to understand Indigenous ways and to facilitate respectful relationships among Indigenous and non-Indigenous team members. By nurturing an inclusive work culture that values Indigenous peoples, perspectives, and knowledges, we hope team members can feel comfortable expressing who they are and create a space that empowers Indigenous peoples within MNP to be supported in their professional journey.
