Olivier Boyd, CPA, CIRP, LIT, is a Partner in MNP’s Insolvency Restructuring practice. With over 10 years experience in insolvency, Olivier is known for being a trusted, dedicated and responsive trustee, with an in-depth understanding for the most complex situations, always with the aim of allowing his customers to fall back on their feet rapidly. His flair for being efficient has also led him to develop an expertise in process automations and leading efficient teams.

Olivier is also on the board of the Canadian Credit Institute in Montreal, and also been an examiner for the licence of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP). His expertise in credit and ability to distill complex issues into simple terms has also led him to speak at various financial and legal conferences in Quebec.

After receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal, Olivier became a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). He also holds the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CIRP) designation and is a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT).
