Based in Vancouver, Andreana is MNP’s National Lead Partner for Complex Financial Instruments Valuations.

With more than a decade of experience providing financial advisory services, Andreana excels at cutting through complex issues. She delivers clear and practical solutions to help her clients make decisions based on rigorous analysis, enhancing their ability to achieve their business goals.

Andreana specializes in the valuation and financial modelling of complex financial instruments, including financial derivatives, private company stock, private debt, debt with embedded options, private financing, executive and employee compensation plans, financial contracts with optionality, and financial risk quantification and hedging. Andreana serves as a subject matter expert to MNP audit teams on these matters. Additionally, she is experienced in business modelling, helping clients develop tailored financial models for corporate planning and business decision making. Andreana works with both private enterprises and public companies in diverse industries, including financial services, pension funds, energy, mining, health care, industrials and transportation.

Prior to joining MNP, Andreana worked at two international accounting firms.

Andreana earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in finance from Simon Fraser University in 2005. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV). Andreana is bilingual in English and Mandarin.
