Andrew Abdalla, CPA, provides his clients with a variety of management advisory services including strategic planning, financing, and tax and succession planning.

With over 20 years’ experience helping clients maximize their future growth potential, Andrew offers a specialized focus on sales and income tax, acquisitions and divestitures, business valuations, corporate reorganizations, financing and government assistance programs, and technology solutions.

Andrew received his Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 1987. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a graduate diploma in public accounting from Concordia University in Montreal. He has also completed the comprehensive Canadian Institute of Charted Accountants (CICA) In-depth Tax Course.
