Conrad Bartels, PMP, is a Manager and a member of the Technology Consulting team in MNP’s Victoria office. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience, Conrad helps organizations leverage their investment in technology to provide better value for the organization and its core stakeholders.

In particular, Conrad has a deep understanding of the post-secondary education sector. He has a wealth of experience working with senior executives at both educational institutions and in government, helping them navigate the wide range of available technology options, find efficiencies and provide services to core constituents.

Conrad’s services include conducting IT reviews to help clients understand their current IT operation and identify capabilities, risks and areas for improvement. He also assists with strategic and operational IT planning, providing a framework to set priorities and align IT capabilities with the organization’s goals. A trusted advisor, Conrad strives to transfer the knowledge and skills necessary to build IT capability within his clients’ organizations, bringing additional value to his services.

Conrad received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Victoria in 1995. In 2001, he earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. Conrad has been a board member for the Canadian Information Processing Society – Victoria Chapter, and been involved in the Canadian Ellucian Users Conference.

    Middle Market M&A Update - Q4 2020

    Aggregate deal value for the quarter increased to $4 billion across 66 transactions. By comparison Q3 totalled $3.5 billion in aggregate deal value across 54 disclosed transactions. Increased deal volumes suggests that investor sentiment is increasingly positive, especially as the vaccine roll-out commences and economic normalization is expected.
