Regional Managing Partner - Advisory Services

David Woodman is the Regional Managing Partner for MNP’s Alberta Advisory Services practice. He is responsible for providing leadership to clients and professionals across diverse practice areas that include Management and Human Resource Consulting, Corporate Finance, Insolvency, Business Valuations, Forensic and Litigation Support. He also supports the Advisory and Core Client Engagement Managers in their delivery of Advisory services, and is responsible for developing and managing the practice unit. He is adept at establishing long-term working relationships with clients and identifying service opportunities at which the Advisory group will excel.

Throughout his career, David has had the opportunity to work on many diverse consulting assignments in a broad base of industries including health care, manufacturing, logistics and distribution, transportation and the public sector. David brings to MNP his experience in managing large-scale projects, his ability to assess and resolve complex business problems, and is known for his excellence in team leadership, people management and client relationship management. David is a graduate of the University of Manitoba, Bachelor of Science program where he also achieved his MBA in Operations Management.

    Aggregate deal value for the quarter increased to $4 billion across 66 transactions. By comparison Q3 totalled $3.5 billion in aggregate deal value across 54 disclosed transactions. Increased deal volumes suggests that investor sentiment is increasingly positive, especially as the vaccine roll-out commences and economic normalization is expected.
