Douglas Rosser, CPA, CA, is an International Tax Specialist in MNP’s Kelowna office. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience, Doug provides effective tax solutions to owner-managed businesses and his multi-national clients.

As a leading international tax specialist, Doug’s practice is focused on minimizing the overall tax burden of individuals and businesses. He achieves this through the careful design and implementation of organizational structures for clients operating in more than one country. Doug also helps businesses develop and implement human resource policies and procedures when employees are working overseas to ensure they retain key staff and stay competitive.

By working one-on-one with his clients, Doug prepares plans that are customized to his clients’ needs and are very effective in reducing their tax burden. He takes great pride in helping clients meet their financial and organizational goals through the development of estate and succession plans, immigration and emigration plans as well as cross-border corporate structure plans
and compliance.

Doug earned his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 1979. Prior to that, he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph. He has served as Treasurer for the Chamber of Commerce in Singapore and Sarnia.
