Director, Forensics and Litigation Support Services

Henry Tso is a Director in MNP’s Vancouver office where he is a senior member of MNP’s Forensic and Litigation Support Services team. Henry investigates issues related to fraud, corruption and conflict of interest and the resolution of financial disputes. He also provides clients with compliance and risk management services in the areas of anti-money laundering, anti-corruption and fraud prevention.

With two-and-a-half decades of experience in fraud and money laundering investigations, Henry is recognized by the courts, his peers and the media as an expert in financial crime investigations.

Before joining MNP, Henry was the Vice President of Investigative Services at the Insurance Bureau of Canada. He is a retired Superintendent and Officer in Charge with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, where he led complex financial investigations.

Henry has a wealth of Canadian and international experience, and worked as a diplomat in China, South Korea and Mongolia.

Henry earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in economics from the University of Toronto in 1994 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance from the University of Leicester in 2002. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Certified General Accountant (CGA) in 2009 and is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF).
