<p><strong>Ian Brunskill, MBA</strong>, is a Management Consulting Partner with MNP in Toronto. Ian works with health and social service organizations to successfully plan and implement major strategic initiatives and organizational transformations.</p>
<p>With more than 25 years of consulting and leadership experience in the health sector, Ian has a proven track record of delivering results while building client organizational capacity. Ian’s recent engagements have been focused upon helping clients in Canada and internationally successfully plan and implement significant change and service delivery redesign initiatives, organizational transformations and service integration.</p>
<p>Ian’s clients, which include providers and health service delivery organizations as well as their regulators, funders and associations, generally seek to develop and implement creative, innovative ways to better meet the needs of the clients, patients and communities they serve.</p>
<p>Prior to joining MNP, he worked in health care in the positions of director of operations, vice-president of planning and administration and chief information officer.</p>
<p>Ian earned his MBA in Health Services Management at McMaster University. He is a Certified Health Executive and a Certified Management Consultant.</p>
