Inder Nijjar, PGCV, RI, is a Manager with the firm’s Property Tax Services group in Surrey. Inder works with property management companies, national and international real estate investment trusts, developers and property owners delivering client-driven solutions to address property tax concerns.

Inder specializes in researching and analyzing the many influences affecting real estate valuations. His services include property valuation and budgeting, consulting on property tax, property tax budgeting, contesting property tax, analyzing sales and creating market studies. He focuses on Greater Vancouver and the surrounding area markets for all property types. Inder has successfully participated in hundreds of hearings and negotiations as a valuation expert in B.C.

Inder provides his clients with a fair and equitable approach to their property valuations, using all available resources to find innovative solutions. His extensive experience in the property tax industry began at BC Assessment, where he worked as a real estate appraiser in the Fraser Valley for eight years.

After earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of British Columbia (UBC) in 2008, Inder went on to receive his Post-Graduate Certificate in Valuation (PGCV) from UBC’s Sauder School of Business in 2012. He holds a Professional designation with the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia (RI).
