Jerry Griffiths, CPA, CA, is a Partner in MNP’s Winnipeg office. A member of the firm’s Assurance Services group, Jerry works closely with owner managed businesses in a range of industries, non-profit organizations and First Nations entities. He delivers assurance and taxation services as well as strategic business advice to help them succeed.

With more than 25 years of experience, Jerry assists with reviews and audits, basic business valuations, accounting assistance and training, succession planning, purchase or sale of businesses, as well as financial management, training and budgeting. He provides personal and corporate tax consulting and planning, and corporate reorganization. Extensive work with First Nations has given Jerry a wealth of knowledge regarding filing requirements for Indigenous Services Canada and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.

Jerry takes pride in providing the highest level of service in a timely manner. Easy to relate to, he gets to know his clients well, enabling him to advise on a wide variety of ideas and issues. Jerry also draws on the firm’s broad-based expertise for assistance when it is in his clients’ best interests to do so.

Jerry was designated a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), and a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 1994 after earning a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba.
