Len is a partner on MNP’s Consulting Services team in Calgary focused on organizational renewal. Len delivers leading-edge, innovative solutions to redesign public and private sector organizations for rapid growth.

With more than two decades of consulting experience, Len helps clients achieve dramatic performance breakthroughs and winning results through designing people systems. He works closely with clients to clarify their operating models, define effective organizational change and transformation solutions, and develop effective organizational structures. He is passionate about helping businesses grow and scale.

Len works with private sector companies in utilities, construction, engineering, oil and gas and retail and with a wide range of public sector organizations.

Prior to joining MNP, Len was a partner in a boutique firm, and senior manager at large global consulting and technology firm.

Len earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and Psychology from the University of Western Ontario in 1992 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business in 2001. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Master of Human Capital Strategy (MHCS).

Len has guest lectured at several Canadian universities and written for several publications, including Leadership Quarterly. He chairs the Board of Advisors for the International Association of Students in Business and Economics (AIESEC) at the University of Calgary. He also works with start-ups and scale-ups to help them develop.
