Lisa Wallace, FCPA, FCA, is the Senior Vice President for Human Capital. Lisa ensures alignment of human resources and learning and development with MNP’s strategies and goals while preserving our culture and values. She works collaboratively with local offices to ensure MNP has relevant, efficient, and proactive programs to attract, train, and retain top talent.

Lisa leads the human resources team as it researches, designs, and implements high-quality programs for talent management, total rewards, organizational design, people technology, and risk management. She also ensures the learning and development team deliver high-quality professional development enabling MNP's team members to have the most up-to-date skills, knowledge and competencies necessary to provide services that are valued by our clients.

Prior to taking on her leadership role in Human Capital, Lisa was part of MNP’s Assurance and Accounting team. Drawing on more than 20 years in public practice, she delivered tailored assurance and tax services to professionals, as well as to other owner-managers and corporations in a variety of industries.

Lisa has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan. She was designated a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants (FCA) in 2007 and now holds the Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA) designation.
