Michael Doig, CPA, CA, CFE, CFP, is specialized areas include divestitures, and forensic and litigation support services.

With more than 30 years of experience, Michael offers public company services, including going public and RTO transaction services for CPC and other entities. He also provides his services to companies looking for business opportunities or are already doing business in Asia Pacific, as well as for Asian companies interested in listing on the Canadian or U.S. stock exchanges.

Michael has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario since 1977. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Sir George Williams University (1974). In 1996, he became a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and in 1999, he achieved accreditation as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
