Richard Trochimchuk, CPA, CA, is a Partner and Business Advisor in MNP’s Assurance Services group. Working out of the Thunder Bay office, Rick delivers a full range of assurance and advisory services to owner-managed businesses and Indigenous Peoples.

Rick works one-on-one with clients, developing an in-depth understanding of their challenges and providing strong advice tailored to helping them improve their financial and personal lives. His assistance includes financial reporting and tax planning and filing.

Drawing on more than 30 years of experience, Rick consults with Indigenous Peoples on the many complex issues they face in today’s business and economic environment and delivers innovative solutions to help them achieve their goals. He takes great pride in helping his clients develop action plans that guide them toward a more successful future.

Rick received a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Lakehead University in 1978. In 1980, he obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) designations. Rick’s past volunteer service includes three years on the Thunder Bay Port Authority’s board of directors and he is currently a director of the Thunder Bay International Airports Authority board.
