MNP and the Terrace River Kings Score Again for the Terrace Community

22/04/2019

Terrace River Kings

MNP proudly supported the Terrace River Kings again this year with the “Score for the Community” program. For every goal scored by the River Kings at home games during the 2018-2019 regular season, MNP donated $25 and doubled our contribution to $50 for every home playoff goal. This year we raised $1,900, with proceeds going to the Terrace Search and Rescue new building project.

MNP chose the Terrace Search and Rescue’s new building project as the recipient of the funds to recognize the significant contribution that many search and rescue volunteers have made to the region over the years. Terrace Search and Rescue is a non-profit, volunteer-based search and rescue organization serving Terrace and the Northwest. The service is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Terrace SAR is dependent on the community and community groups for donations and we couldn’t be more pleased to support them.

MNP also congratulates the Terrace River Kings’ on an outstanding hockey season and thanks them for allowing us to partner with them this past hockey season to raise awareness and funds to support important community projects.
