Controller

Hap Transportation Group is a rapidly growing private trucking and logistics company, delivering dependable transportation solutions across North America. They are expanding and therefore seeking an experienced Controller to lead their accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting. This is a critical leadership role, where the Controller’s expertise will be vital in shaping the financial infrastructure to support continued growth and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Director, the Controller, will oversee all financial reporting processes, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of internal and external consolidated financial statements. This position will lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, manage the GAAP audit, and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax filings. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who can step in, take charge, and drive results without needing significant guidance or training.
