Canadian Securities Administrators

Public companies are regulated by individual provincial and territorial securities administrators, or Canadian Securities Administrators who can be contacted at this link.

Certain Canadian Securities Administrators members have dedicated whistleblower processes. The list below includes links to whistleblower reporting information for the BC Securities Commission, Alberta Securities Commission, Ontario Securities Commission and Autorité des marchés financiers. This is not a comprehensive list of whistleblower programs available. The links are current as at the time of publication.

MNP provides alternative ways to handle concerns. Each MNP regional office has a regional managing partner and regional human capital advisor that are able to investigate, address or escalate concerns. Our office list includes contact information for the regional managing partner.

Report a concern to MNP

MNP provides this dedicated form to report concerns regarding Public Company clients audited by MNP. The form, once submitted is directed to MNP General Counsel for review and investigation. Individuals that report a suspected violation in good faith will not suffer retaliation, harassment or other actions with regard to their report.
