Vistel is a member of MNP’s Indigenous Advisory Services group in Montréal. Vistel is a true advocate for the interests of First Nations and Métis communities. He works closely with communities to find practical solutions to complex problems in the areas of governance, management, policies and procedures, strategic planning, corporate finance, training, and economic development.

Vistel works with directors and government partners, and helps managers comply with donor funding criteria. Vistel builds strong relationships with organizations that manage and direct development within Indigenous communities, helping them establish good governance policies and procedures.

Vistel is also experienced working with public school boards, hospitals, penitentiaries, and other public entities in Quebec, including the North Coast. He delivers training programs on finance management.

Bilingual in French and English, Vistel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in accounting sciences from l’Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, a Master’s in Accounting (MAcc) from l’Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, and a Diploma in Investigative and Forensic Accounting (DIFA) from the University of Toronto. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying in 2017. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
