Chad is a member of MNP’s Consulting group in Winnipeg and leads MNP’s Community Safety and Wellbeing consulting practice. Drawing on more than two decades of private industry and public practice consulting experience, Chad helps his clients improve their performance by better understandings costs and aligning processes with their overall vision and direction. He works closely with clients to assess and deliver on a wide range of business opportunities.

Chad’s Community Safety and Wellbeing team work with municipal police services, First Nation policing services, provincial police organizations and the RCMP. They also work with municipalities and provincial contract partners of the police to review and redesign organizations with a focus on effectiveness and efficiency.

The team’s projects with police services include technical department and program efficiency and effectiveness reviews; organizational design and human capital projects; financial analysis, including activity-based costing; and service delivery costing exercises and police service reviews.

Chad and his team specialize in collective impact planning frameworks focused on community well-being and safety.

Chad graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in agriculture in 1997 and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2006, and completing an MBA internship in Oxford, U.K. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA), qualifying in 2014.
