Dave Wells, CPA, CA, CFP, is a Business Advisor and Partner in MNP’s London office. A member of the firm’s Assurance and Accounting group, Dave draws on more than 30 years of experience to help owner-managed businesses and healthcare professionals achieve their business and personal goals.
Dave’s services include tax planning, developing and implementing tax minimization strategies, incorporation of professional practices and personal, corporate and trust tax return preparation. He also helps clients with business acquisitions, divestitures, valuations and restructuring and succession and estate planning. Over his career, Dave has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including professionals, manufacturing and the automotive sector.
Dave received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Brock University. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 1993, and holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
