Sheri L. Aberback, CFE, CIRP, is a Senior Vice-President for MNP’s Insolvency & Corporate Recovery practice, MNP Limited. Based in Montréal, Sheri assists businesses and individuals facing financial turmoil or uncertainty, providing strong advice and solutions that fit their unique situations.

Highly experienced and knowledgeable about corporate and personal bankruptcy and insolvency, Sheri ensures clients understand the options available to them so that they can make informed decisions. She listens closely to ascertain the nature of the problem and delivers solutions that work for her clients within the system. Whether assisting with corporate bankruptcy and restructuring or personal bankruptcy and consumer proposals, Sheri is adept at guiding clients through each stage of the process. She also consults with various stakeholders, advising them of their rights when they are dealing with clients in financial difficulty.

Sheri received the Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) designation in 1997 after completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Concordia University. She was designated a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) in 2004. She is a member of the Board of the Quebec Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (QAIRP) as well as a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP).
