Gregory Runke is a Senior Manager with MNP’s consulting group in Winnipeg. Gregory has more than 15 years of experience providing consulting services and solutions to clients in the healthcare sector, as well as the public sector, including: business and financial planning, strategic planning, feasibility assessments, business process improvement and program improvement. Gregory is experienced in financial analysis, research and data analysis and report writing and is known for his communication and interpersonal skills and leadership and training abilities.
Gregory has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of program evaluations, financial modelling, feasibility studies, business planning, business case development, operational planning and operational reviews. Gregory has deep knowledge and experience in the healthcare sector. He provides practical solutions to assist clients with developing financial models to secure funding and financing for health sector projects, as well as solutions for improving health sector programs and services.
Before joining MNP in 2008, Gregory was employed for over seven years in the public sector in both healthcare and scientific research. Gregory has co-authored eight scientific journal publications. Gregory’s healthcare experience includes budget forecasting, operational planning, staffing model analysis for the delivery of patient care services, equipment procurement, and patient flow analysis for different hospital programs. Gregory has conducted a zero-based budget analysis of health programs and units and worked with health program directors and team members to provide variance explanations and develop mitigating action plans. His experience with improving financial performance through improved staff utilization and overtime reduction has provided him with a solid understanding of health human resource staffing challenges.
