A Business Advisor in MNP’s South Surrey office and a member of the firm’s Professional Services group, Mike works predominantly with owner-managed businesses and professionals, including medical, dental, optometry and legal professionals; distribution; franchises and construction. Mike is dedicated to providing his clients with information that empowers them to make informed business decisions.

He develops a strong understanding of their financial goals and advises them on the most effective business, investment and tax structures and strategies to suit their unique situation. His experience in forecasting, tax planning and other key areas helps ensure his clients have a sound strategy for the future.

Mike also advises owner-managers on how to operate their businesses as efficiently and effectively as possible. Through performance management, industry benchmarking, tax planning and other tools, he helps his clients measure their business performance and enhance profitability.

Mike has given presentations throughout B.C. on topics that include incorporation, Canadian tax updates, corporate investment strategies, GST, fraud and practice transition.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Simon Fraser University in 2005. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2006.

Mike is president of the Peninsula Community Foundation and treasurer of the Semiahmoo Minor Hockey Association.
