Wally Rudensky, CPA, CA, is a Partner with MNP’s Assurance and Accounting group in Mississauga. Working closely with owner-managed companies and entrepreneurs, Wally is dedicated to his clients and utilizes a creative and unconventional approach to business solutions. His breadth of focus includes corporate reorganization, domestic and international tax, business owner mentorship and estate planning.

By utilizing his skills in finance, tax and administration, Wally has taken on the role of CFO for various private and publicly traded companies. These professional opportunities provide Wally with an ability to draw on his expertise with corporate reporting, raising capital and corporate acquisitions.

Wally has lectured on taxation at the Canadian Institute of Charted Accountants (CICA), as well as at several universities, and has presented at numerous business seminars and conferences. He is a past president of the Brampton Board of Trade, is a director and treasurer for the Toronto Polo Club and has acted as CFO for various political candidates.
