Gaetano Di Guglielmo, CPA, CIRP, LIT is a Senior Vice President with MNP in Montréal. A highly experienced advisor on corporate reorganization and restructuring, Gaetano works closely with all of his clients to find the best solution for their unique needs

As a Licenced Insolvency Trustee and consultant advising on insolvency issues, Gaetano has helped numerous companies in financial difficulties overcome challenges. He also works with secured and unsecured creditors and others involved in restructuring processes.

Gaetano brings extensive experience in corporate restructuring, as a liquidator under the Canada Business and Corporations Act, a controller under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA), an interim receiver and a consultant for lending institutions.

Gaetano is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) since 1986. He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) and a Licenced Insolvency Trustee (LIT). Committed to his community, Gaetano is an advisory board member of the Canadian Italian Business & Professional Association and Italian-Canadian Community Foundation. He is a board member of the Santa Cabrini Hospital Foundation and the Gracia Foundation and a discipline committee member of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants.
