Family Hub donation
Our MNP Kelowna partners have set up the MNP Community Fund, showing their passion for supporting local families. They've pledged $50,000 per year over six years, totalling $300,000, to the Central Okanagan Family Hub. This network is all about connecting families with the support and resources they need.
Civic award
MNP Kelowna was honoured to receive the City of Kelowna Corporate Community of the Year Award on April 24, 2024. This award celebrates the amazing efforts of our partners and team members who have worked together to make a positive impact in our community.
Wildfire relief foodbank
During the 2023 wildfires, MNP showed their unwavering commitment to the community. Together, the Thompson-Okanagan MNP team dedicated time, energy, and support to make a positive impact where it was needed most, raising over $40,000 for those directly impacted by the wildfires.
Swinging with the Stars
MNP had the pleasure of joining the Central Okanagan Hospice Association at the 15th annual Swinging with the Stars. It was an evening full of dancing, fun, and a great cause — working to create a community where no one has to face death or grieve alone. This year, we contributed to a record-breaking total of over $550,000 raised!
Motionball
The MNP team is an ongoing supporter of motionball, where team members partake in various sports with Special Olympians while taking the #NoGoodWay pledge. Recently, we helped raise more than $150,000 for this fantastic organization.
YMCA Cycle for Strong Kids
The MNP Kelowna team participates in the YMCA Cycle for Strong Kids fundraiser, working to provide kids and families with an equal opportunity to be healthy in spirit, mind, and body. This event raises over $200,000 annually for the YMCA of Southern Interior B.C.
The Good Food Box North Okanagan
The team at MNP Vernon came together in December 2025 to participate in the local Good Food Box initiative. This program promotes healthy eating by providing fresh, locally sourced foods — in an affordable and accessible way — for all residents, regardless of income. Our team spent the afternoon preparing dozens of boxes, each filled with a variety of home-grown produce, to give back to members of the North Okanagan community.
KidSport Kamloops
The MNP Kamloops Partner Community Fund has contributed $10,000 to KidSport Kamloops to help reduce financial obstacles for children participating in organized sports. This donation will provide grants covering registration fees and equipment, enabling more youth to engage in athletic activities. This is the second consecutive year for this donation, demonstrating the team’s commitment to supporting initiatives that promote physical health, confidence, and social development among young people.
