Anthony Lucente, CPA

Anthony is a member of MNP’s Real Estate and Construction Services team in Markham, where he provides comprehensive assurance, tax, and advisory services to a broad range of clients. His well-rounded skill set allows him to offer clients practical, business-focused insights that help them strengthen their financial reporting, optimize their tax positions, and support their long-term growth and profitability. Anthony takes a consultative, responsive approach to understanding each client’s circumstances, delivering practical solutions that manage risk and support financial objectives.

With a decade of dedicated experience in the real estate and construction sectors, Anthony works closely with real estate developers, home builders, general contractors, condominium developers, commercial property owners, residential property owners, real estate lenders, and other construction-related businesses.

He advises clients on assurance (audit, review, compilations), accounting, compliance, and strategic tax planning; while also supporting broader business needs, such as operational advisory support, cash flow management, financing strategies, and succession and estate planning.

Anthony earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) in accounting from Ryerson University in 2015. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying in 2019.
