Courtney Sather, CPA, CA

Courtney is a member of MNP’s Assurance and Accounting Services team in Drayton Valley. With more than a decade of experience, she delivers timely, practical solutions without sacrificing quality or care. Personable and down to earth, Courtney offers reliability, clarity, and a genuine connection, helping her clients reduce their financial reporting stressors and allowing them to dedicate more energy to the parts of their business they enjoy the most.

Courtney helps owner-managed, small to medium-sized private corporations, and sole proprietors in a wide variety of industries. She works with companies in oil and gas and energy support services; and with dealerships; logging; aggregate; real estate companies, property holdings, and investments; as well as with professional, technical, and consulting services; health; community-based organizations, not-for-profit organizations, and foundations.

Courtney conducts audits and reviews under Accounting Standards for Non-Profit Organizations (ASNPO) and Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE), corporate tax compliance and advisory T2, and personal tax T1 for business owners. She provides owner-managed business advisory and ongoing support, as well as succession and estate planning.

Courtney earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from the University of Alberta in 2012. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2015.

Courtney is the treasurer of the Drayton Valley Community Foundation.
