Dean Simpson Marchand

Dean is a member of MNP’s Assurance and Accounting Services team in Timmins. He thrives at helping clients through their business, financial, and operational challenges by providing meaningful solutions and strategies.

Dean’s services include reporting, support in preparing records for financial statement audit, financial statement preparation, financial fluency training, budgeting preparation and training, and proposal development.

Through his experiences providing assurance, accounting, and external financial advisor services, he has expanded his professional services to include developing governance plans, helping organizations secure funding for community and organizational objectives, and supporting communities in completing their reporting requirements and finding new funding streams to advance community priorities.

While much of Dean’s time is concentrated on Indigenous services, he also works with clients in many other sectors, including accommodation and food services (hotels, and food and beverage processing), automotive equipment (both light and heavy duty), forestry, insurance, professional services, real estate and construction, retail, and wholesale, not-for profit, and municipalities.

Dean earned an Honours Business Administration Accounting Diploma from Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology in 2011.
