Eric Sunbulian, CPA, CA

Eric is a Managing Director in MNP's Corporate Finance practice in Toronto, specializing in mergers and acquisitions advisory and transaction due diligence, with a primary focus on facilitating the sale of companies across the middle market. He advises business owners on preserving the legacy they have built, maximizing value, and ensuring strategic decisions align with their long-term vision.

Eric brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep understanding of the goals and challenges faced by founder-led organizations, and is known for delivering practical, relationship-driven advice that helps clients navigate complex, high-stakes transactions with confidence. He has advised clients across a diverse range of industries and draws on an extensive network of local and cross-border relationships to connect clients with the right counterparties and drive successful outcomes.

Prior to joining MNP, Eric gained experience at a Big Four firm in assurance and financial due diligence, before transitioning into corporate finance as a vice president focused on mergers and acquisitions advisory.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours (BComm) from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2018.

Eric serves as co-chair of the Association for Corporate Growth – DealSource North.
