Jared McCormick , CBV, MBA

Managing Director

Jared is a Managing Director in MNP’s London office, serving clients throughout southwestern Ontario. Through engagements with owner-operators and family businesses, he helps his clients grow or exit their businesses through merger and acquisition initiatives. He supports clients throughout the entire deal process – from initial succession or strategic planning, through to a successful transaction. 

Jared has Canadian and U.S. deal experience across all major industries, and is experienced working with both traditional and tech-enabled businesses. He works with a team of more than 100 corporate finance professionals nationally who are dedicated to ensuring the best possible outcomes for each client on the sale or purchase of a business. 

Prior to joining MNP in 2019, Jared worked in the mergers and acquisitions group at a large accounting firm. 

Jared earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Trent University in 2011 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance with Distinction from York University’s Schulich School of Business in 2015. He obtained his Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation in 2023.
