Joey Merriman, CPA, CA

Joey is a member of MNP’s Assurance and Accounting Services team in Medicine Hat. With two decades of public practice experience, he helps his clients with everything from personal, corporate, and estate taxes, to business accounting and advisory services. Approachable, calm, and down-to-earth, he takes the time to get to know his clients and support them in achieving their business and personal goals.

Joey works one-on-one with a variety of clients, including oil and gas service contractors; medical, dental, legal, engineering, and survey professionals; and real estate development, construction, and sales companies.

Joey earned a Bachelor of Management (BMgt) from the University of Lethbridge in 2002. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2005.

Joey gives back to the local community volunteering with several local organizations, serving in leadership roles, including treasurer and presidents. He continues to be a long-time member of the Kinsmen Club of Medicine Hat.
